Short-Term Running Goals:

-Get in the 17 minute mark in the 3 mile

-Qualify for state track...for reals!

-Get accepted into college for running fast (like BYUH)...don't you dare give me crap about it coach!

-Be happy about morning practice...eh, who am I kidding...this goal will never be accomplished!


Long-Term Running Goals:

-Keep running

-Don't get injured

I am not married and have no children...unless you want to count my bulging biceps as my children...hahaha, I'm totally kidding!...no one really even reads this thing...right? am I right?  eh, oh well!

Today we ran Sunrise Hills...bleh!  3 full hills and 4 half hills...which really wasn't too bad compared with previous hill workouts.  It was a hard workout but very satisfying.  JP felt sick and had to sit for a while...I hope this doesn't happen too often, because I need her there to push me!  It was a pretty good workout but it really pooped me out.....that sounds kinda icky...what I meant to say is that the workout cause me to feel poopy/supah tired inside!
