So today we had a workout.  My group, which is the 5k/1500 group, ran 400's.  Guess how many.  Go ahead and guess.  ....Twenty!!!  20 freakin 400's!!!  He said that and I thought I was gonna die!  We had 4 sets of 5 400's.  The first set was at 88-91seconds.  The second was 85-87 seconds.  The third was 82-84seconds and the last one was as fast as you could go.  I stayed in the 79-81 range.  Half way through I felt super dizzy and pushed through the 3rd set but when I finished that I went to Coach and told him I felt super dizzy and he told me it was probably just a side effect from the workout and that I knew my limits better than he so he told me to decide.  Well I had done 15 and only had 5 more so I decided to give it my best and I ended up finishing the workout.  It was so hard and I thought I'd die after each one, but I'm so proud of myself for pushing through and finishing it.  Our mileage added up super fast and I ended up running a little over 10 miles
