-Be happy about morning practice...eh, who am I kidding...this goal will never be accomplished!

I am not married and have no children...unless you want to count my bulging biceps as my children...hahaha, I'm totally kidding!...no one really even reads this thing...right? am I right?  eh, oh well!

Today I was planning on just running with Mia but Chandis invited us to help her with a lake to lake 50 miler relay thing so we decided to do that.  We ran 3 miles for a warmup then Chandis passed it off to Mia and I.  Our leg was 5 miles and we went from the free clinic place up to the Sullivan Soccer Park.  After that we followed our team all the way to Sand Hollow and cheered them on.  It was fun run but it kinda turned into a tempo run and Mia wasn't too happy about that.  I felt really good and it was a lot more fun than running on my own though!

Today we ran on our own at high mileage.  A group of us got together and we all ran.  Some had to turn back so in the end it was me, Sierra and Morgan left and we ran dykes backwards and extended it and ended at my house.  It was a good run and I felt really good which was surprising because I usually feel a little out of breath my first day back in Cedar after being down in St. Geezy.

Warm up mile. Then we found out this whole week will be high mileage as a kind of 'break'.  So Ashley Gray took us on a new run and it was way fun.  We kept like a 7:00 pace for a good portion of the run and our average pace was a 7:20.  It was fast, but it didn't feel that hard so I think I'm getting used to these faster paces which is wunderbar....is that even how you spell it?  Anyways, we had weights after.  I gained 2lbs. of muscle... you better believe it.

Warmup mile. Then we ran 2 miles around the block because the steeple girls were doing this thing but wanted us to wait for them so we ran and came back for them.  Its a good thing we came back because I didn't feel good and I seriously had to explode.  So...I exploded and felt much better.  Then we ran the Great Harvest Run and I got some free bread and it was delicious.  After we stretched and took ice baths.
