Warmup mile.  Then I ran 6 with all the 5k/mile girls.  We ran main street and added the sheep tunnels to it. We we're zooming and hit like a 7:05 pace the whole run but it was good I guess.

Warmup mile.  Today the people going to conference had a workout so I was going to just do mileage then coach had me do the workout with the 800 group.  We had 6x400's at 80sec. then went down 2 seconds for the next.  So at the end we were at 70sec.  We were pretty close on all our times.  It was a hard workout but not crazy hard so I felt pretty good.  Coming back from being sick has tired me out but I know I'll start feeling more normal as time goes on.

Warmup mile.  Today we ran razorback trail.  It was such a beautiful day and that trail is just so pretty!  I have an extra .25 because I ran home after meeting with my professor and it took foverever so I'm counting it. The end.

Today we ran on our own since the coaches are up at conference. I was going to run in the morning but I was too lazy.  So I waited until after class and it was snowing/raining.  So then I waited until it slowed down and started running.  I ran up the canyon and by the time I headed back down it was sunny and so pretty!  Everything smelt all rainy and there was snow and fog up on the mountain and it was just beautiful.

Today I ran in St. Geezy.  I was going to run with the team but Mia wasn't going and I would kinda feel awkward soooo I ran by myself around the fields.  I ran through a construction zone that I didn't know was there...even though there were a billion orange signs...and so I got a bit muddy and I'm pretty sure everyone was annoyed at having to slow down for me to get out of their way.  I felt really good and I kept like a 7:00 pace the whole run.  Maybe it's just the altitude but I felt amazing.

Today I was planning on just running with Mia but Chandis invited us to help her with a lake to lake 50 miler relay thing so we decided to do that.  We ran 3 miles for a warmup then Chandis passed it off to Mia and I.  Our leg was 5 miles and we went from the free clinic place up to the Sullivan Soccer Park.  After that we followed our team all the way to Sand Hollow and cheered them on.  It was fun run but it kinda turned into a tempo run and Mia wasn't too happy about that.  I felt really good and it was a lot more fun than running on my own though!
