AM-Ran arctic circle PM-Speed workout! Hoorah..we had six 800's at an interval pace which was like 3:08. But we started as 3:04 then steadily into the two's. Coach ran with us and it was so nice! He runs like he's going slow, so I think I'm going slow..so I just feel great! But I felt like he really pushed me. But my shins hurt like crap..
