Short-Term Running Goals:

-Get in the 17 minute mark in the 3 mile

-Qualify for state track...for reals-CHECK

-Get accepted into college for running fast-CHECK

-Be happy about morning practice...eh, who am I kidding...this goal will never be accomplished!

-Keep running

-Don't get injured

I am not married and have no children...unless you want to count my bulging biceps as my children...hahaha, I'm totally kidding!...no one really even reads this thing...right? am I right?  eh, oh well!

AM- Arctic Circle

PM-Today we ran Shoe Run nice and slow to recover.  It felt kinda hard and long though...my legs just feel fatigued!

PM-Green Pole today.  Felt pretty good but also felt longish today!

AM-Arctic Circle

PM-Today we had old man hills...bleh!  We had 200, 200, 800 then repeat 3x!  I felt kinda sick on the 800's but the whole workout went by really fast and I felt so accomplished after we had finished!...although my left shin is starting to really hurt!

AM-Arctic Circle

PM-Today we ran 7 on the Green Springs Loop.  It went by supah fast and i got the great joy of talking with taylor and liz future lifes!  It was a good run.  We had weights and plyos after.  My left shin hurts SO bad...I'll ice it and stuff but I've never had shin splints before!

AM-Ran arctic circle

PM-Speed workout! Hoorah..we had six 800's at an interval pace which was like 3:08.  But we started as 3:04 then steadily into the two's.  Coach ran with us and it was so nice!  He runs like he's going slow, so I think I'm going slow..so I just feel great!  But I felt like he really pushed me.  But my shins hurt like crap..
