-Get in the 17 minute mark in the 3 mile

-Qualify for state track...for reals-CHECK

-Get accepted into college for running fast-CHECK

-Be happy about morning practice...eh, who am I kidding...this goal will never be accomplished!

I am not married and have no children...unless you want to count my bulging biceps as my children...hahaha, I'm totally kidding!...no one really even reads this thing...right? am I right?  eh, oh well!

Ran 2 with Kaylee before practice actually started then 3 with the boys and Kaylee....um, kill me now.  I felt pretty horrible.  I hate coming back into shape, it's the hardest part!  But I just gotta keep going!

Ran 4 in my neighborhood.  I took a small break just because I'm coming back into shape but I felt a ton better than I had yesterday!

Ran 4 with the girls and Roberts.  I felt way sick...every time we stopped I knew I was going to throw up so I had to keep repeating to myself that I was fine!  ...bad idea to eat a squash muffin before I came...I know, it even sounds gross!  But I made it without throwing up which really was a miracle!

Ran a little while in Mississippi.  Man, its SOOO humid here!  Ugh, running isn't even that enjoyable!  And my sweating put Byron's sweat tacos to shame! ;)

So I got super sick and I don't even know how I ran today.  I had a horrible headache and decided I should only go 3...Mississippi is still as wet as ever...bleck!

I was kinda nervous for today's run since it was so far but it wasn't event that bad.  JP showed up and I ran with her ahead of the group.  It was a good workout and kinda got my legs going again which is what I need!

Today I ran 4 by myself since I wasn't up to driving out to coral canyon.  I just ran two loops around my neighborhood and listened to a podcast on this disease that makes you think everyone you know is an imposter and pretending to be someone you know...I'm a nerd, I know.

Today I ran with Kaylee and we did 2 dirt loops.  It was a good pace and this time I didn't feel like throwing up which was a big improvement!  After she left I ran some extra laps around the school just to get some mileage in.

Ran 5 with Kaylee down towards the DI then back.  It was a faster pace than I'm comfortable with but that's good because I need to get used to it!

Ran grass loops with the boys and Kaylee.  I felt fine it was just at the end that it seemed tougher than usual.  Me and Kaylee added a few laps just to get our mileage in

Today I did the parkway loop with the girls.  I kinda like this workout, it gets my legs going again and it pushes me.  The first loop was fine and the second Liz made a good effort to stick with me on the hill!  She did way good and I was impressed!  Honestly, I was impressed with all the girls.  They're starting way early in the season with workouts but they do them without complaining.  I'm sad that I have to leave them all..

Today I ran on my own since I had a workout that I needed to do.  I ran around my neighborhood and listened to my nerdy podcasts :)  On my second loop of my neighborhood I started my pick ups.  I did 12 30sec. pickups with 90sec. recovery.  They got pretty tiring as I went along but they weren't too bad.
