-Get in the 17 minute mark in the 3 mile

-Qualify for state track...for reals-CHECK

-Get accepted into college for running fast-CHECK

-Be happy about morning practice...eh, who am I kidding...this goal will never be accomplished!

I am not married and have no children...unless you want to count my bulging biceps as my children...hahaha, I'm totally kidding!...no one really even reads this thing...right? am I right?  eh, oh well!

Ran by myself today since I got stuck at home with no car...I was kinda bummed that I wouldn't be able to go to kids camp again.  I ran around Mia's neighborhood and mine.  Mia honked at me and scared the crap out of me...literally.  No, not literally, that's just gross!  The loop I was going on was 3 but I didn't want to do two of them so I added random loops anywhere I could.  I didn't feel my best and by the time I was done I was pretty worn out.  But I was glad I finished it!  And as always when I run by myself, I listened to podcasts!  This one was on a 17yr old girl named Naomi who created a biolife filter...I know, its super crazy exciting stuff! ;)

Ran an easy 4 around my neighborhood later in the day.  After I did a small lifting workout and it felt really good!

Today I went out and decided I would only run 5 because I wasn't feeling my best but I accidently ran 6.  It wasn't too bad and I'm glad that I did.  I got a charlie horse last night so my right calf was super sore for my run but put some stuff on it after my run and now it's feeling better, thankfully!  I ran around Mia's neighborhood and just did loops there and listened to a podcast on this 112 yr. old guy...pretty much he said if you want to be as old as him you need to eat olive oil, no sugar and be moderate in what you do...and my running isn't very moderate so I quit in consideration for my future self! ..psh, I wish! ;)

Ran a quick four before I had to go off to an appointment.  I ran at a 75% pace for 60% of my run so my pace I kept on was 6:25.  It was kinda tough because I haven't done these faster runs in a while and I was by myself so it made it difficult to keep focused.

Ran 2 before practice then joined in with the girls on the grass loops.  Had striders afterwards then I ran another mile with Kaylee.  And after that was kids camp!  Gosh, I've missed it so much and it was a blast, as always!

So today I had to do a hilly run.  My first thought was roller coaster hills but my mom hates me running alone...I almost had her convinced when she found out that a lady had committed suicide over there...yeah, and as you can imagine it did not help..at all.  So my choices were to go to the rec center and run on an 'artificial' hill on a treadmill.  So I ran 2 miles around their track to warm up and then ran the next four on the treadmill.  I would go up at a 15% incline..if that means anything to anyone...it was actually pretty steep and it wore me out quick...especially since there's no top of the hill to see and work towards to!  Then I'd take little breaks by flattening out the treadmill.  It was kinda a tough workout and I got really sweaty.  Pretty sure the lady next to me was disgusted because I had to wipe my face every 5 seconds!  Oh well!

Ran to Hell's Hole with the boys and did a workout with Kaylee. We did 10x20sec sprints up the canyon.  It wore us out and so we kinda wogged (walk/jog) up out of Hells Hole.  On our way back to the school my back got super tight and was hurting really bad!  We eventually made it back to the school

Today I ran with Kaylee...this girl is going to kill me.  We had hills today so we ran out to the grapevine run and ran up to the water tower..bleh.  On the way back my back got super achy again and so I tried to relax my running but then my chest hurt and I couldn't breathe...it was ridiculous!  But I eventually finished and was oh so happy!  It was a difficult run, but I'm glad I did it!

Ran grass loops with the boys and Kaylee...Mia was with us...then she mysteriously disappeared when we passed Roberts..hmm.  I was really fatigued for the whole run and so I wasn't feeling my best but I made it!  Then we had kids camp which was a blast, as always!

Ran 4 up at girls camp with Megan, Liz and Mia.  I have no idea how I got up on time seeing that I had no alarm...but it worked out and we had a good hilly run up there.

Ran 2 up at girls camp in the morning with Megan then I ran later at night with Liz, Alli, and Mia.  Never really done a night run but it was a blast!

Ran 7 with the girls.  2 of which were tempo pace.  I was kinda nervous since I hadn't run at all in California but I felt totally fine and the girls did really well during the tempo.
