Today we ran Sunrise Hills...bleh!  3 full hills and 4 half hills...which really wasn't too bad compared with previous hill workouts.  It was a hard workout but very satisfying.  JP felt sick and had to sit for a while...I hope this doesn't happen too often, because I need her there to push me!  It was a pretty good workout but it really pooped me out.....that sounds kinda icky...what I meant to say is that the workout cause me to feel poopy/supah tired inside!

PM-Time Trial! yay!  I wasn't too excited for this but I knew I had to do it anyway...no matter how much whining I gave to coach.  One the first lap I remembered why I hated track but it got a little easier from there.  I kept getting a side ache though and that did not help at all!  The last lap i was pushing it and made the mistake of telling JP to come with me!  sheesh!  that girl just zoomed right past me!  It wasn't the best race and got me kinda down for the track season...I hope I can do better for real races.

PM-Today we ran to Washington Fields to that loner house!  the only reason I like this run is because we can whisper to the birds!   I felt kinda crappy and we got on some pretty interesting subjects and Kaylee told some sketchy stories that we really did NOT want to hear!...sheesh...those darn seniors!

Longest run I've ever run!  I was pretty scared at first but it wasn't even that bad!  I felt super great at first and told JP and Kaylee that but they quickly reminded me that we weren't even to mile marker 2 yet...The hell hole part was fun and went by fast.  After that it got a little harder and we started to lose JP.  We were really counting on Mia to get her back with us but it didn't happen.  Me and kaylee kept going pretty strong and were looking up ahead for girls that we could beat because we wanted to be in the top 10!  And then we even beat this old man that me and kaylee had been watching and wanted to go with because he had a good pace!  After that Kaylee got a little too excited about passing people and kept leaving me!  When i could catch my breath I'd yell and her and speed up to her but after a while I kinda gave up and stayed behind her.  I was only about 100 meters behind her at the finish but still...and when I heard them say 'Kaylee boyer, Women's 3rd Finisher' i just started sprinting!  I really wanted to place so I was able to beat one more lady and I'm pretty sure I got 5th in womens!  It was a fun race...although very long.  But i liked it and wouldn't mind doing it again!
